Your privacy at a glance

As part of the selection process, we may collect the following:

• Your personal information, such as your name, contact details, qualifications, and so on
• Your image and voice, if submitted (for instance, there may be a recorded video interview)
• Any information collected from public sources that’s relevant to your application (for instance, we might check your LinkedIn profile)
• The assessments collected during your selection process

To help us decide whether to offer you a job or invite you to an event, we use your data for some or all of the following:

• Reviewing your profile, qualifications, and skills
• Organizing interviews and recruitment events
• Staying in touch with you throughout the selection process
• Letting you know about future job opportunities and recruiting events
• Improving our selection process and the candidate experience
• Ensuring we’re legally compliant
• (Only with your additional explicit consent) Improving our automated tools that help us assess applications

We keep your application data for up to 1 year from your most recent application. If you move beyond the initial screening, we may keep it for up to 3 years.

In some special cases (for example, for legal purposes), different retention periods may apply—these are explained in the full privacy policy.

After the retention period ends, we either delete or anonymize your data.

You’re always in control of your personal data. This means you can:

• Ask to see or get a copy of your data
• Ask us to update or correct your data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Tell us you don’t want us to use your data anymore when we rely on legitimate interest
• Change your mind and withdraw your consent at any time (for activities where consent is required)
• Ask for a human review of a decision
• Make a complaint to the competent data protection authority

We follow strict cybersecurity regulations and best practices to protect your data at every step.
